CONSUMER RIGHTS – CANCELLATION – RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
By placing an electronic order through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws.
Shipping fees related to product delivery shall be paid by the Buyer.
Each purchased product will be delivered to the individual and/or organization at the address specified by the Buyer, within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyer may terminate the agreement.
The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the features specified in the order, including any warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
In case the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the Seller is obligated to inform the Buyer in writing within 3 days of learning this situation and refund the full amount to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
If the Buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
After the delivery of the product, if it is determined that the credit card used for the payment has been fraudulently used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the Seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
In case of force majeure situations beyond the Seller’s control that prevent timely delivery, the Buyer shall be informed. The Buyer may request to cancel the order, receive a similar product, or postpone the delivery until the issue is resolved. If the Buyer cancels the order:
If the payment was made in cash, the refund will be issued within 14 days.
If the payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days; however, the bank may take 2–3 weeks to reflect the amount to the Buyer's account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
The Buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery. Damaged or defective goods (e.g. crushed, broken, torn packaging) should not be accepted from the shipping company. Products accepted are considered undamaged. Once delivered, the Buyer is responsible for proper care. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product must not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery date to the Buyer or the person/organization at the specified address, by notifying the Seller through the contact information below, without assuming any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
For service purchases, the 14-day period starts from the date the agreement is signed. If service performance begins with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Costs related to the use of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Seller.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent to the Seller by registered mail, fax, or email within the 14-day period, and the product must be unused and comply with the conditions under the "Non-Returnable Products" section of this agreement.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice of the product delivered to the Buyer or a third party must be included. (If the invoice is issued to a company, a return invoice must also be issued by the company. Returns without a return invoice will not be processed.)
The return form and the product’s original packaging, accessories, and all standard components must be included, undamaged and complete.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The Seller must return the full amount and any documents binding the Buyer within 10 days from the date of withdrawal notice, and must accept the return of the product within 20 days.
If there is any depreciation in the value of the product due to the Buyer's fault or if return becomes impossible, the Buyer is responsible for compensating the Seller proportionally. However, the Buyer is not responsible for changes and deterioration due to proper use during the withdrawal period.
If the right of withdrawal causes the order total to fall below the promotional threshold, the discount granted will be cancelled.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:
Products prepared in line with the Buyer’s personal requests or clearly tailored to personal needs, lower-body underwear, swimsuits, bikini bottoms, cosmetics, disposable items, perishable goods, or products that may expire quickly, and items whose packaging has been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene and health reasons, cannot be returned. Also, products that mix with others after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, periodicals (magazines, newspapers), instantly performed services and digital content, opened CDs/DVDs/software, books, storage devices, and computer accessories cannot be returned once opened. If service performance has started with the consumer’s consent before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for those services.
For the return of cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, duplicable software, DVDs, CDs, VCDs, and stationery consumables (e.g., toner, cartridges), their packaging must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and untested.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
If the Buyer defaults on credit card payments, interest shall be charged in accordance with the card agreement with the bank. In such cases, the bank may pursue legal action and charge legal fees to the Buyer. The Buyer agrees to compensate the Seller for any damages arising from payment delays.

You may use your credit cards on our website to pay in one go or in installments. At the end of your online order, the total amount will be charged to your credit card automatically.
